Nature: Pixie Easter Eggs

Pixie Easter Eggs, originally uploaded by Steve took it.

Clever title! Easter fairies!

From the photographer:

These "easter eggs" are actually water drops on a pussy willow. The pussy willow is in front of a bleeding hearts flower, which you can see out of focus in the background to the right, as well as refracted in the drops themselves. Got to love water physics: Viewed large you can see how the "lens" of the top water drops refract the bleeding hearts behind it upside down, and the lower drops are magnifying the pussy willow. And yeh, I kind of like the bonus sun flair.
